On March 4th, Shibetoshi Nakamoto, founder of Dogecoin, announced the launch of DOGE Wallet for iOS Users.
The Dogecoin mobile wallet, called MyDoge Wallet, is a non-custodial crypto wallet designed for the secured storage and trading of DOGE cryptocurrency. For this, the wallet only incurs a small fee while conducting transactions on the app.
The app is expected to function effectively on both iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. However, the team noted that the app is designed to only run on devices that have iOS 12.0 or later versions.
As of now, the Dogecoin team is yet to announce an official release date for the Android version of the app.
However, Android users can still store their Dogecoin using any of the available non-custodial crypto wallets including Trust Wallet, Coinomi, Metamask, among others.
