Earlier today, Musk tweeted a picture of DOGE meme-dog Shiba Inu, which was obviously photoshopped, as the dog was sitting in front of an old-time PC with a chess game open on the screen.
He joked about the picture in the tweet and said that it is a picture of himself as a child and added a text to the shared picture that read:
The head of Tesla definitely loves memes and finds them the key to digital currency. In addition to this, he admitted as much recently when asked why he does not choose a clean coin such as Cardano ADA or IOTA, instead of Dogecoin that runs on the dirty Proof of Work (PoW) consensus algorithm.
Well, it can be witnessed that the meme-talk doesn’t seem to touch Bitcoin though.
In addition to this, both Tesla and Elon Musk are keeping hold of their Bitcoin holdings even though the company has suddenly stopped the acceptance of BTC payments for its vehicles due to the issue of carbon footprint.
Discussing the supply of microchips, it has been declining sharply and the firms are grabbing up as many as they are capable of. The Dogecoin lover and the carbon footprint fighter believed that this situation is similar to the worldwide population rushing to purchase huge amounts of toilet paper last year.
He tweeted that the firms that are ordering more and more chips despite their less usage are creating chaos in the supply chain of chips of Tesla with microcontroller chips being the biggest problem.
