After months of legal battles, Ripple secured a landmark victory in July 2023 when Judge Analisa Torres ruled that Ripple's XRP was a non-security.

Dropped Charges and Continued Growth

October brought further triumph as the SEC dropped charges against Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and Co-Founder Chris Larsen. This added another feather to Ripple's cap and solidified its compliance with legal standards.
