SEC Rejects Bitcoin ETF
The US Securities and Exchange Commission has denied the application of SkyBridge Capital to list and trade spot Bitcoin ETF on Thursday. In the past SEC has rejected many applications for Bitcoin’s spot ETF.
SkyBridge Capital filed in march for bitcoin ETF by Intercontinental Exchange Inc's NYSE Arca.
Gary Gensler, SEC Chairman, has made it clear that he is not in favor of Spot Bitcoin ETF at this time.
