Reflecting on the project’s evolution, Kusama highlighted how Shiba Inu has transformed from a simple meme coin into a full-fledged Web3 ecosystem. Under his leadership, ShibaSwap, Shibarium, and key tokens like BONE, LEASH, and TREAT were launched, strengthening the project’s decentralized ecosystem.
Kusama emphasized that Shiba Inu is now more than just a cryptocurrency—it operates as a "Network State" that provides essential Web3 tools for governments, businesses, and individuals. While projects like Shibacon and the SHI stablecoin are still in development, he expressed pride in the community’s progress.
In his new role, Kusama will focus on increasing global adoption of Shiba Inu’s technology, with a key emphasis on ShibOS—a rebranded suite of tools designed for seamless Web3 integration. By collaborating with businesses, NGOs, and global leaders, he aims to position Shiba Inu at the forefront of decentralized technology.
Additionally, Kusama revealed plans to work on personal projects, including the development of "44 Tenets to Triumph in Crypto," while ensuring that all initiatives align with Shiba Inu’s vision.
Despite leadership changes, the Shiba Inu token burn rate surged 856%, removing 6.27 million SHIB tokens from circulation, according to Shibburn. However, SHIB’s price has experienced a sharp 11% decline, currently trading at $0.00001789, with a market cap of $10.5 billion.
With Kusama’s new direction and continued community support, Shiba Inu remains focused on expanding its Web3 ecosystem and strengthening its global presence.
