@DogeWhaleAlert noticed numerous transactions moving staggering amounts of the original meme coin DOGE. Fees for transferring nearly 780 million coins were minimal. Among the recipients was the Binance exchange. Over the past week, nearly 4 billion Dogecoins were transferred altogether.

Six Transfers Worth 776 Million DOGE

In the past 24 hours, the DOGE transaction tracker mentioned above found six transfers worth 776 million Dogecoins. Transferred in lumpsum, these funds ranged from 70 million to 290 million DOGE. Among the smallest amounts were 72.3 million and 74.3 million meme coins. The most significant chunk shifted totals 291 million.

1/3 Goes To The Binance Exchange

An anonymous wallet sent a 291,143,830 DOGE payment of $24,846,214 to the Binance exchange. There were transfers of 122,586,585 and 108,369,665 between two anonymous addresses. According to @DogeWhaleAlert, three transactions totaling almost 255 million Dogecoins went to several of the top 20 DOGE wallets. The cost of moving 291 million DOGE to Binance was just 64.20 DOGE ($5.48). @DogeWhaleAlert reported a total transfer of 3,626,448,978 on August 15.

The value of this chunk of Dogecoin is $258,900,035. On June 1, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao stated that "proof of assets" had been added for BSC-based tokens like Dogecoin (DOGE), Ripple (XRP), and others on his exchange. Then, more than 649,132 addresses possessed 1,400,000,000 Dogecoin wrapped on Binance Smart Chain (also known as BNB Chain).
