What Will Antonio Alvarez Bring to The Table
He also was at Coinbase where he was in charge of an anti-money laundering program across the companies European and Asian markets. Crypto.com would hope with his expertise in the field he contributes and enhances the compliance policies of the firm. His 13-year stint at American Express could prove invaluable too where he was the head of multiple compliance scheme.
Antonio Alvarez expressed his delight and stated that he has been a fan of Crypto.com for a long time now and admire how they focus on Security and compliance and treat it as a prerequisite to a successful brand that can be trusted by millions across the globe. He stated that was a key factor for joining the firm as they're not ignoramus towards such vital details. He also added that the company is really driven by the desire to increase crypto adoption and he'd look to contribute in the compliance department as well as he can to ensure nothing gets in the way of their goal.
