Masha Prusso is a writer and a marketing, events professional working full time in blockchain space since 2017. Masha was head of PR and then moved to a head of Events position at Polygon (2021-2022). In 2019, she founded and is currently a general partner at Story VC, fund investing in blockchain startups and helping to boost their growth with PR. She co-founded Crypto PR Lab in 2018, leading PR and marketing firm in the space. She consulted on PR, events and marketing over 80 startups to date. Recent clients include Ankr, Waves, Casperlabs, Trippy Labs. In 2021, she co-founded Defy Trends, data analytics platform for crypto traders which has raised over $3M from Republic, Avalanche, LDA Capital and other investors. She advised Heroes, Animal Concerts, Coinspaid, Buddy, Blockcities, Plasma.Finance, Ayoken, Metamall. She is also a qualified attorney in France, holds Sorbonne and Berkeley Law degrees. Masha represented Russia in the Winter Olympic Games 2006 as the youngest athlete in snowboarding halfpipe at the age of 16.
