Axie Infinity (AXS) has Exceeded $4 billion in All-Time High Sales

After losing $600 million due to the Ronin bridge hack in April, this is a significant boost for the project.

Axie Infinity is now ahead of Yuga Labs' Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC), and CryptoPunks, a recently acquired digital collectible.

Flow's NBA Top Shot, Art Blocks, VeeFriends, Moonbirds, Azuki, World of Women, Bored Ape Kennel Club, and CloneX are among the other projects in the race for the largest sales volume.

What Factors Contributed to the Increase in Axie Infinity Sales?

Increased unique purchasers, which began in May 2021, increased total transaction counts and can be blamed for the skyrocketing Axie Infinity sales volume.

Axie Infinity had 17,416 unique purchasers in May 2021, which equated to 113,093 transactions. The total sales volume of Axie Infinity was roughly $27.71 million.

Between May and July 2021, the number of unique buyers increased by 1,135 percent to roughly 215,089. This equated to 1,349,597 transactions and a total sales volume of $666.91 million.

Axie Infinity achieved an all-time high in sales of $848.18 million in August 2021. There were 305,264 unique buyers during the month, resulting in 1,854,260 transactions.

In November 2021, there were 520,425 unique buyers. There were 2,643,500 transactions in the month, with a total sales volume of $754 million.

Aside from July, August, and November, the months of June ($122.23 million), September ($518.46 million), October ($545.93 million), December 2021 ($301.37 million), and January 2022 ($126.49 million) also contributed considerably to Axie Infinity's sales.
