Binance Announces Maintenance of Wallets on The TRON Network

Earlier today, the Binance team made a tweet where they shared an official announcement about their plans to maintain wallets on the TRON Network. Due to their maintenance plans, users will be unable to perform transactions.

Binance Announcement to Maintain the Wallets on TRON Network

The Binance team will be conducting a wallet maintenance operation for TRON Network (TRX). The wallet maintenance will begin at around 06:00 AM on 6th May 2022 (UTC). It will take about three hours to complete the maintenance.

In the message, they attempted to assure all users that the maintenance process for the wallet will in no way have any effect on TRX trading. Starting on 6th May 2022, all sorts of transactions (both depositing and withdrawing funds in cryptocurrency funds) on the TRON Network (TRX) will get halted (UTC).

The Binance team says they will resume withdrawals and deposits once the TRON Network wallet maintenance is completed. However, they will not be informing users of the completion of the maintenance in a subsequent statement.

The wallet maintenance to be carried out by the Binance team later today will be similar to the one conducted on 14th April 2022 for over 52 cryptocurrency networks, including EOS Network, Litecoin Network, Cosmos Network, CELO Network, WAX Network, Bitcoin Network, Ethereum Network, KAVA Network, Doge Network, Parallel Finance Network, Lisk Network, Terra Network, Ambrosus Network, Ethereum Classic Network, Cortex Network, Bitcoin Cash Network, Ronin Network, Kusama Network, GoChain Network,  Stellar Network, and so many others.

Since cryptocurrency trading has a high level of market risk, the Binance team advises that users proceed with caution when making their trades. Also, all users should be aware that Binance is not liable for any trading losses that they may incur.
