Analysts have noted that the Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) metric reveals <a href="https://www.cryptoknowmics.com/news/bitcoin-eyes-breakout-to-78000-amid-chinas-economic-stimulus/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bitcoin</a> is approaching a critical resistance level. Should this resistance be broken, BTC could see a strong price uptrend. A breakout past the 155-day moving average (MA) could potentially trigger a rally similar to the one seen last October.

Historically, an increase in this ratio has preceded the final phases of a Bitcoin bull run. If this pattern holds, the recent rise in U.S. reserves may be an early sign of another potential BTC rally. However, the reserve ratio typically begins to decline around 4-6 months before a market top, making it a key indicator for investors to monitor closely.
