Mercurio announced on LinkedIn that she would be taking over as CEO of Blockchain Australia next week.

To expand its membership and "influence the future of blockchain technology and digital assets," Mercurio will lead Blockchain Australia in its "ongoing mission to be the premier voice for digital assets."
Mercurio has considerable experience working with corporations, consulting firms, and technological start-ups. She also serves on the board of HerTechPath, an organization that supports the advancement of women in the digital industry. Mercurio has worked for AMP and Global Front Room in the past. She was a senior consultant at Astellas Pharma and the head of the management consulting firm Mercurio Consulting, based in the UK.
