AICPA Trust Services Criteria in Security, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Privacy are adhered to by Crypto.com's information security processes, policies, procedures, and operations, according to an audit undertaken by the widely renowned audit and consulting firm Deloitte. Gemini was one of the first cryptocurrency exchanges to finish the SOC 2 Type I and SOC 2 Type II assessment.
Jason Lau, Chief Information Security Officer of Crypto.com, elaborated on this by saying that the most recent certification improved the company's security and data privacy design. He added,
