On April 27, 2020, DashNexus updated about its proposal and stated that Dash’s Yosuke Suda and Dash Core Group has been working together to bring back DASH for Japanese investors.
On March 10, 2020, Suda, who is popularly known as Samurai33, posted the proposal for the first time. The aim of the proposal is to get DASH listed on the crypto exchanges certified by Japan and also to make it as popular as Bitcoin.
Suda is also expecting that the after relisting the Japanese would start using DASH for making payments within the country.
In his proposal, Suda stated that Dash Japan has requested to use $30,000 on memorandums drafted by the lawyers and CPAs. Some of the amounts would also be used by Suda and the Dash Core group for travelling to Tokyo.
However, Suda has promised that all the money would be refunded to a Dash Core group wallet.
On April 27, 2020, Suda’s proposal got approval, but it has advised strictly that any of the Dash members who have visited the United States in the last 14 days, as Dash Core Group office is situated in Phoenix, would not be allowed in Japan due to the travel restrictions imposed everywhere because of COVID-19.
In the year 2018, DASH was removed from many of the crypto exchanges operating in Japan.
Suda has said that because of some misunderstanding DASH was removed by the Japanese regulators. They thought that the blockchain of cryptocurrency is private and can not be traced nor can be audited, therefore, the regulators delisted DASH from the Japanese Crypto exchanges. But according to Suda, it was not so, DASH could be traced and audited easily.
