The creators of DeGods and y00ts, two of the most popular non-fungible token collections on Solana, revealed intentions to connect to Ethereum and Polygon in the first few months of 2023.

Rohun Vora, an NFT designer who operates by the alias "Frank DeGods," designed the two collections on Solana in October 2021. In terms of floor pricing, these are the two most important NFT initiatives on the Solana blockchain.

The DeGods collection will move to Ethereum to compete with NFT industry leaders like Bored Ape Yacht Club, CryptoPunks, and others. The NFT market on Solana's total floor price for it is 460.00 SOL ($5,221). y00ts, which has a floor price of 140 SOL ($1600), is anticipated to switch to Polygon, an Ethereum sidechain that supports quicker and more affordable transactions.

Polygon and Ethereum to Work As New Houses

Vora said on Twitter that Polygon and Ethereum would both act as the collections' new apartments, enabling them to reach a larger NFT user base. Moreover, he said that a cross-chain bridge would facilitate the movement. The technical specifics of the migration and the operation of the fictitious bridge haven't yet been revealed by the team. Those specifics will be made known later.
