Ethereum Whale Buys $1M Worth Shiba Inu Coins

One of the largest whales on the Ethereum (ETH) network has purchased over 49 billion Shiba Inu tokens (SHIB). The purchased coins were worth over $1 million.

Ethereum Whale Scoops Up 49 Billion Shib Tokens

As per a tweet by WhaleStats which is a tracker that keeps a close eye on the wallets held by the 1,000 richest Ethereum whales, an anonymous investor scooped up approx. 49 billion Shiba Inu (SHIB) worth over $1 million slightly over five hours ago.

Additional data from Etherscan shows that the same investor also purchased a slightly larger amount of 55 million SHIB more than two weeks ago. A month earlier, he also moved around 200 billion and 100 billion Shiba Inu (SHIB) in single transactions from his wallet.

At press time, the total balance of the investor comprises 4 trillion of SHIB worth about $97,070,523 at current prices.

At the time of writing, Shiba Inu is currently the 15th largest coin and trading at $0.00002202 , down by 1.9 percent from the past 24 hours.
