Citibank Observes Employees Flocking Towards Crypto
The details of the newly launched firm are scant. However, Kriete had shared on her LinkedIn, that the objective of the trio was to set up the crypto investment corporation.

Before disclosing the establishment of Motus Capital, Alex Kriete had stated in a press release,
"Financial institutions have a hard time keeping pace in this market. However, we are excited to build something that caters to these people."
Earlier, while being employees of Citibank, Kriete and Girsaole were in-house experts who have started an internal, crypto-focused newsletter. Their departures from the financial service corporation raise concerns about the talent flowing into the crypto sector.

A recent report of the multinational financial services firm states that Citibank expects the Metaverse to be worth the value between $8 and $13 trillion by 2030.
In accordance with "Metaverse and Money, Decrypting the Future," Citi believes that the Metaverse users will grow to 5 billion in a few years.
