Mexico's Third Richest Billionaire Advises Investors to Buy Bitcoin

Ricardo Salinas Pliego, the third richest man in Mexico advises investors to buy Bitcoin (BTC) while the price is still low then just continue holding it and forget about selling.
"Buy Bitcoin, You'll Thank Me Later"
On Saturday, Mexican billionaire Salinas took to his social media urging his followers to buy the flagship cryptocurrency while the price is still low.
“You have to buy bitcoin (keep buying when the price is low), then just hold your BTC, forget about selling … Trust me you’re going to thank me later,” he tweeted.
This is not the first time Salinas has recommended buying the flagship cryptocurrency. In a recent New Year ’s Eve message to his followers, he recommended his followers to steer clear of fiat currencies and instead invest in cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin:
“Steer clear of fiat money. Whether it’s the Dollar, the Euro, or the Yen –it’s all the same. It’s fake money made of paper lies. Central banks are producing more than ever. Invest in Bitcoin!,” he said.
Holding Bitcoin Since 2013
Salinas is the founder and chairman of Grupo Salinas with a net worth of more than $13 billion. The Mexican businessman has been a Bitcoin evangelist since 2013 who calls himself a Bitcoin holder. He pointed out that he bought the flagship cryptocurrency at $500 and that it was his best investment ever.
