He went on to add that given it is a profitable business, it wants the traders to benefit from it and compete with each other by offering competitive prices and providing services and various new payment methods for users across the globe. There would be no fees charged and the ad would be created on Binance peer-to-peer according to CZ.
In a really smart move by Binance, it added digital yuan to the exchange and strengthen its foothold in the country where most Crypto exchanges are banned.
The move by Binance to allow non-verified traders to promote ads on the platform would surely add to the popularity of the exchange. Binance has come up with many features lately like derivatives exchange and mining pool etc, and all have been pretty much a masterstroke.
However, there are a few moan and groans in the community regarding the foothold Binance is gaining in every field it is stepping into and turning it into a monopoly. Probably the most lucrative acquisition it has made lately is of Crypto data firm CoinMarketCap for $400 million. The exchange recorded its all-time high volume of $16 billion just a week ago.
