Binance has added the crypto token Shiba Inu (SHIB) to the list of cryptocurrencies supported by Binance Card in Europe. With Binance Card, it is possible to make payments at merchants worldwide while making purchases or availing of services.

In an announcement on Friday, SHIB stated that the Binance Card now supports the meme coin for users living in Europe. As a result, Binance Card users would make payments using SHIB cryptocurrency.

SHIB Users Can Pay At 60 Million Merchants

SHIB, on its social media post, said its users would be able to use the Binance Card at 60 million merchants worldwide after the deal with the largest crypto exchange. With Binance Card supporting SHIB cryptocurrency, users holding Shiba can now make payments with the card and receive a fee waiver and cashback. SHIB users will receive 8% cashback along with zero annual or FX fees.

Binance also issued a statement, on Friday, regarding adding SHIB as a cryptocurrency supporting Binance Card. Notably, users and Ukrainian refugees residing in Economic Area (EEA) are eligible for the use of the Binance Card, which enables real-time cryptocurrency to fiat currency conversion.

Binance Card Holders Can Now Access XRP And AVAX

With the recent development, other cryptocurrencies are also available on the Binance Card. As announced by Binance in its media release, the crypto exchange has added Ripple (XRP) and Avalance (AVAX) to its list of cryptocurrencies supporting payment through the card. In their statement, the crypto trading platform stated that there would be no changes to the current Payment Priority preferences of existing Binance Card users.

The other cryptocurrencies supported by Binance Card include PORTO, SANTOS, SHIB, SXP, USDT, XRP., ADA, AVAX, BNB, BTC, BUSD, DOT, ETH, and LAZIO.
