The Shiba Inu ecosystem has announced a major airdrop of 10 million Philtoken (PHIL) to SHIB holders. The airdrop offers beneficiaries the opportunity to receive up to 500,000 PHIL tokens. This airdrop aims to reward long-term Shiba Inu holders with a chance to earn double the rewards.

Eligibility for the PHIL Airdrop

To qualify for the airdrop, SHIB holders must have held their tokens in non-custodial wallets, such as Trust Wallet or MetaMask, since August 28, 2024. A snapshot of eligible addresses was taken at block height 20,627,000 on that date. Only the first 10,000 eligible wallets will receive a minimum of 500 PHIL, and the distribution will operate on a first-come-first-served basis.

How to Maximize Rewards

Users can boost their airdrop rewards by participating in a special campaign. By following @PhilTokenETH and @shibtoken on X and retweeting the airdrop announcement, participants can receive up to 500,000 PHIL per wallet. Additionally, participants will automatically enter a 250,000 PHIL Lucky Draw. The distribution of rewards is scheduled for October 24, 2024.

Philtoken’s Mission and Future Partnership

Philtoken, developed by a pseudonymous early Ethereum developer known as ZZ_410, aims to unite the top 50 meme coins through charitable events. The token has gained significant traction, seeing a 128.35% price surge in the past seven days, with a market cap of $43.97 million. There have also been rumors of a possible partnership between Philtoken and Shiba Inu, as teased by the PHIL team.
