bank of thailand crypto
According to the central bank, Thailand wants to release precise guidelines for digital assets in order to reduce risks to the financial system and give more investor protection as more individuals get interested in cryptocurrencies.

Governor Sethaput Suthiwartnarueput said in an interview that the Bank of Thailand will release a consultation paper on "Financial Landscape" in January to seek consensus on red lines for people working in the domains of digital currencies, green finance, and related topics. According to him, the laws will aim to foster technological innovation, financial inclusion, and the management of systemic risks.
