Tokens will be Sold to Raise Funds for Constructing a Luxury Resort in Malaysia

Highlands City, IBN
Their most recent project, IBN Highlands City, is a multibillion-dollar undertaking. It will be located in Genting Highlands, one of Asia's most well-known summer resorts.
The project will include serviced apartments, commercial areas, and five-star hotels; all considered high-end. They'll also be selling tokens to cover the costs of the building.
The Crypto Connection With Luxury Resort
The tokenization concept developed by Brazilian Luiz Góes will fund the development of Malaysia's IBN Highlands City-Fortune skyscrapers. Góes is the CEO of LYOPAY and a co-founder of LGBank.
According to Góes, the Malaysian resort project "is not only a pioneer in its enormity but also a turning point in the crypto market and future tokenization projects."

Hasbro is a massive toy company based in the United States. They're collaborating on the project with IBN Corp. Hasbro's portfolio includes almost 1,500 brands. Marvel, Transformers, Star Wars, Peppa Pig, and Monopoly are examples of this. This hotel will be referred to as a 'Hasbrotel.'
